We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products, we offer a 30 day full refund for products in unused condition.
• A 15% restocking fee will be applied for used or opened products
If you want to return your item please email us and we will provide instructions on how to return your item to get your money back. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

Changes on Orders
Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 24 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Additional charges will be incurred by the buyers for any changes made to the orders after 24 hours of making their purchases.
Buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases after the orders are placed.
Replacement
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event where the product received comes with any manufacturing defect, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. To request a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to help@pawpuppets.com. If the case is deemed valid, Paw Puppets will cover costs related to the replacement.
After 30 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@pawpuppets.com.
Missing Shipment:
In the event your order is missing and your tracking shows delivered you have up to 7 days to report this to us. Please email us at help@pawpuppets.com or start a conversation with us with the bottom right widget.
